Irene currently teaches three weekly classes open to the public.  She is also available for private sessions.

Yoga for Beginners
A great beginner class, introducing the principles of flow yoga.  We focus on building a strong foundation of correct alignment and healthy movement.

Wednesdays 9:30 – 10:45 am
Ananda Shala Yoga and Pilates Studio

Vinyasa Yoga Level 2
Experience the connection of breath, movement and meditation with Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Poses flow seamlessly and rhythmically, delivering a strengthening, whole-body practice with deep release. Our alignment-focused approach ensures a safe but enlivening adventure for everyone. Level 2 classes are intermediate: options are offered to increase or decrease the challenge to suit your practice.

Vinyasa Yoga Level 1 to 2

Build a strong, supportive practice as you stretch, strengthen and de-stress with Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This class features an accessible pace of foundational yoga poses with focused guidance and alignment cues. Level 1-2 classes are appropriate for beginners or anyone looking for a stabilizing, focused practice.
